For the past 20 years, Virginia Moore has focused on bringing greater productivity and profitability to hundreds of doctors and their teams, through both her dynamic speaking style and her success-focused dental management consulting skills. She is co-founder, along with business partner, Debbie Castagna, of The Practice Source, a company that provides dental practice management consulting services as well as practical, results-oriented practice management training materials.

In January of 2007, Virginia and her business partner, Debbie Castagna, launched a Masters Training Program, The Consulting U (TCU). TCU is an intensive, hands-on, training program developed for Dental Consultants and Office Managers and Practice Administrators, designed to give them the essential skills they need to actively and confidently work with Doctors to improve practice efficiency and profitability. Participants in The Consulting U have called the experience "the best career decision I have ever made."

She has been a featured presenter at the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Yankee Dental Congress, Thomas P. Hinman Meeting and the Chicago Dental Society, as well as numerous other state and local organizations and groups. Her international speaking engagements include FDI Singapore and Dubai, and she is a popular repeat speaker at the top 5 dental meeting in the U.S.

She has authored articles for top industry publications, including Dental Products Report, the California Dental Association Journal and the Journal of the Michigan State Dental Association. She has been recognized by Dentistry Today as a “Leader in Consulting” on an annual basis since 2006.

Virginia is a current member and past president of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants, and a member of the National Speakers Association.
