Learning how to schedule appropriately for your practice is key not only to meeting  production goals but to running a schedule that really works, for both the patient and the team. We will show you how you can:

  • Motivate patients to schedule when YOU want them to
  • Create (in minutes) an ideal daily “blueprint” to schedule for productivity and maximum profitability 
  • Learn and practice verbal skills that minimize costly cancellations and no-shows

WORKSHOP: Foolproof Payment Arrangements
Asking for and receiving the payment you deserve is one of the most important, and often difficult, responsibilities you and your staff face - day in and day out. But there are simple and easy-to-learn techniques to make sure everyone wins. Learn how to:

  • Take away  sound financial guidelines that are easy to understand and easy to implement
  • Communicate financial expectations in a clear and caring manner
